Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative to join our Force Sensors division.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with existing customers within the defined customer base and market segments in all activities both current and potential with a view to maximize sales and organic growth.
• Identifying potential customers/partners within the defined market segments and region qualifying and developing them as necessary to achieve sales in line with company strategy.
• Be the face of the company; Lead new development project by proactive contact with prospects or /and customers and R&D Engineering QA and others associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project. Manage development project from conception to completion.
• Negotiate contracts meet with purchasing procurement and other key decision makers in order to establish firm and profitable customer relationships
• Maintaining existing customers through regular contact on a strategic / operational level. Dealing in conjunction with a Customer Services Advisor with daytoday queries of a technical commercial or other nature where necessary.
• Analyze and report key sales and project management data as well as forecast future expectation of your market and region.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the supply or application of sensors within the weighing force measurement or associated industries
• English should be both spoken and written fluently. Another foreign language would be an advantage.
• A degree level technical qualification is preferred but above average level of numeracy literacy and IT skills are critical
• Knowledge of sensors and/or instrumentation applications is an advantage.
• Ability to handle and prioritize various workload and to stand the pressure
• Ability to work alone but also as part of a team
