- Proven success in developing and leading highperforming Inside Sales teams within an international industrial environment
- Proficient in managing teams using KPIs and activity metrics for optimal performance
- Strong analytical presentation and planning skills leveraging ERP and CRM systems for datadriven decisions
- Excellent communication leadership and customer management skills with a keen focus on achieving exceptional results
