Overview:

The Inside Sales Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by driving business growth through proactive sales activities. They are responsible for identifying and generating leads building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential leads and opportunities.
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure proper lead handoff and followup.
  • Executing outbound calls and emails to drive sales opportunities.
  • Providing product information and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Participating in sales meetings training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales business development or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
