- Responsible for ensuring that all incidents and problems are resolved within SLA and to ITIL standards via effective 2nd line support and systems management
- Provide technical guidance in the installation, configuration and implementation of major products and technologies
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems
- Design, implement and manage infrastructure environments
- Plan, design, build & deliver core infrastructure solutions
- Contributing to the progression of the Professional Services team by advising best practices and delivering the best possible solutions
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
