- Oversee configuration management of Trend Micro Apex One, Apex Central, and Deep Security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide technical support to other Trend Micro infrastructure administrators.
- Foster collaboration within the team, sharing knowledge to enhance overall capabilities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- +3 years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting Trend Micro infrastructure in large production environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills.
