  • About the job

    The ideal candidate is expected to play a pivotal role in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering top-notch customer service to ensure the seamless operation of the Information Technology (IT) systems.

    Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle IT help desk portal by assigning ticket assignment, prioritizing, and closing tickets to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Provide end user tier IT support services.
  • Provide printing & peripherals support services.
  • Handle hardware/software setup and maintenance.
  • Resolve connectivity and access support issues such as but not limited to logins, permissions, VPN and networking and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Handle IT wiki documentation library.
  • Update IT department knowledge base (QNA) upon need.
  • Execute IT department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee IT profile and data card on internal portal.
  • Evaluate and recommend IT process cycle enhancements.
  • Produce ad-hoc and on-demand IT services reports such as but not limited to IT maintenance, hardware assessment, dashboard reports and any others in a timely manner.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.
  • Certifications: IT certificates are a plus
  • Experience: 1 year experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
