- Provide technical assistance in the development and implementation of HEMIS components related to information management that includes the application of smart analytics and other emerging technology;
- Provide inputs/suggestions in the user requirement analysis and systems analysis and design stages of the various information and data management necessary for the operation of the Commission;
- Conduct a thorough study that will identify the necessary additional data requirements that must be captured in the expanded and comprehensive data collection of the Office of Planning Research and Knowledge Management – Knowledge Management Division (OPRKM-KMD).
- Assist in the implementation activities of the CHED- Information System Strategic Plan (ISSP) 2013-2017 Phase 1-3.
