Information Management

1. Project Cycle Management (PCM). Responsible for the successful implementation of all Shelter and WASH projects related information management system including progress against targets,
delivered through direct or partner-led modalities throughout the full project cycle. The position holder
may be required to represent the Information Management team in PCM meetings and to
produce key PCM documentation (e.g. M&E Matrix, M&E Plan, Internal log-frame, etc.).
2. Capacity Building. Responsible for supporting the successful capacity building of NRC IM staff in
relevant competencies. This includes ensuring performance management of all junior IM team
members, identification of capacity building needs, and planning and resourcing capacity building
initiatives within the framework of the NRC Syria Response strategies, tools, and guidelines.
3. Technical Quality. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of high-quality Information
Management system for Shelter and WASH projects by NRC/partners, in accordance with the
agreed NRC Syria Response Office Country and Core Competencies Strategies, tools and
guidelines. This includes – but is not limited to – ensuring the achievement of Complain Feedback
Mechanism policy; compliance with global and country-level standards.
