- Support the JPS Database & RAIS Systems
- Deliver trainings on JPS Database System for all staff at the camp that requires it to ensure they understand and can use the JPS Database, as well as conduct continuous regular trainings for all JPS Database System’s users.
- Administering user accounts for the JPS Database system to ensure relevant staff have access.
- Review the data entered in databases regularly in order to locate and fix data entry errors.
- Providing ongoing support, advice and training to staff on the Database.
- Assist in generating reports and Designing dashboards infographics and writing technical reports as required for management and other staff.
