Job Description

Job Purpose

Information Analyst will support the development quality assurance and delivery of an online library of diagnostic reports studies and other analytical products generated by Advisory activities. The Consultant will work in close coordination with the Knowledge Leadcontact points sector Knowledge Management teams and other Knowledge Management partners across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working with global and regional Advisory teams and other departments including IT to identify gather and define business requirements for the organizations internalfacing SharePointbased library of diagnostic reports studies and other analytical products
  • Defining the database and taxonomy structure and user experience for such a repository
  • Building the repository by identifying and cataloguing available records spanning 5 years and summarizing and tagging them
  • Integrating the repository with existing knowledge systems such as the organizations Intranet search services to boost findability. Defining the content governance framework to ensure robustness of repository. This may include configuring automated flow of information from/to relevant existing knowledge/project systems determining roles and responsibilities for ongoing manual updates etc.
  • Implementing reporting capabilities to measure usage and gauge effectiveness of the repository
  • Contributing as requested to client change management outreach and stakeholder training

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of Bachelors degree in Information Management Knowledge Management or a related field; Masters preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management or Information Managementrelated positions

  • Must have working experience in and be proficient in Microsoft Office products with specific focus on SharePoint Online and Power Platform products (Power Apps Power Automate PowerBI)

  • Must have working experience in and be proficient in metadata standards and taxonomies/controlled vocabulary

  • Must have experience in building content management systems and/or online cataloging

  • Excellent organizational skills proven ability to perform multiple tasks prioritize deliverables and work under pressure and tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work in a team environment and under minimum supervision.

  • Project management experience is a plus (certification is preferred) including designing planning and implementing knowledgerelated initiatives coordinating/collaborating with other teams and executing/facilitating knowledge creation.

  • High degree of motivation initiative flexibility reliability and responsiveness to changing demands; capacity for effective multitasking with demonstrated ability of being an independent starter with minimal supervision and a high capacity to persevere for results.

  • Strong communication collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to present and translate complex information nontechnical teams in relevant business terms.

  • Operational knowledge of IFCs businesses and/or internal information management systems and services is a plus.
