POSITION TITLE : FP&A Lead: PEAK & Exports Business

REPORTS TO : India Finance Director
KEY OBJECTIVES

Responsible for India market business forecasts including Annual Budgeting Process, Monthly Rolling forecasts, Spring Plans, Submissions of India decks to region and review with Senior Management.
Strategic business partner to India Exports ensuring timely and appropriate Commercial decisions including Pricing decisions, Key Market & Portfolio choices. Responsible to handle Export Business P&L from end to end and give strategic insights to the leadership team.
Responsible for Monitoring and Tracking India business Admin spends

Job Description: PEAK Finance Leader
Build and anchor Annual Budgets by collaborating with multifunctional business teams to develop India Annual P&L/ Budgets for the Year including key drivers, Margin Movements.
Build India Forecasts by partnering with demand planning and business finance teams to ensure month on month rolling forecasts of India Sales and P&L
Ensure system upload and reflection of Annual Budgets and forecasts within timelines and accuracy
Preparation of decks for senior management and regional business reviews
Be the market SPOC for any forecasting system related initiatives.
Owner of India Market Admin Spends, ensure robust tracking and monitoring mechanism sharing insights to leadership on actionable items.

Job Description: Exports FP&A
Strategic business partner to Exports business and a key enabler for business growth results.
End to end ownership of Exports P&L, setting guard rails, analysis to support business team
Ensure exports business operates in strong controls environment
Undertake analysis and share recommendations to business for investment plans, portfolio choices, new product development initiatives.
Assist management in key decisions on deciding investments and projecting deliverables.
Manage trade, promotions being run in export markets and analyses effectiveness of the same.
INCUMBENT PROFILE
CA with 3 to 5 Yrs. of relevant experience in business finance (FP&A, Commercial Finance) preferably in FMCG industry
