Oversee and manage the operational activities to support and provide an efficient service delivery for guests.

Create new packages and offers for the customers.

Understand the regulatory and compliance issues in relation to running the inbound tourism activities.

Build new strategies to grow the inbound business and achieve the targets.

Maintain a good relationship with all the local hoteliers and suppliers.

Responsible for marketing inbound tourism services, locally and internationally.
