Job Responsibilities:
To be well verse with Ocean & Air Freight (Imports and Exports) product.
Efficiently devise strategy to support sales of the company.
Responsible to realis sales targets and execute the sales strategy of the company.
Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents coming to the company for Logistics Business.
Maintain and manage the financial forecast and cost module projections for new business submission.
Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; maintain consumers relationship.
Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones whilst keeping your customer portfolio up to date.
Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service Operations and Logistics team of the company.
Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer base to further develop account potential through value added products. Viz warehousing Custom Clearance Transport etc.
Manage and coordinate all commercial activities of defined vertical group of customers with the customer service team in line with the company's short and long term results & targets.
Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.
To visit the existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers requirements.
Participate in commercial management and secure customer generated revenues.
Expected to monitor the progress of the shipment until final destination and fulfil delivery conditions. Successfully resolve issues with clients.
Ensure the follow up of the sale until the payment and settlement of claims outstanding.
Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
Maintain MIS reports.
