Fr unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als ICTSupporter/in 100%. In dieser Funktion sind Sie fr den technischen ICTSupport der Endanwender/innen von rund 1600 Mitarbeitenden zustndig. Sie lokalisieren grenzen ein und beheben Strungen im ICTBetrieb. Das Ausfhren von ICT Service Requests der Endanwender/innen gehrt genauso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.

1st Level ICTServicedesk2nd Level Vorort Support und via Remote
Erfahrung mit Windows 11Erfahrung in M365 (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams etc.)Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Microsoft Surface HardwareFhrerausweis Kategorie B
