- Experience in leadership and management development design and/or facilitation and/or leadership coaching.
- Solid work experience (minimum 5 years) in managing and leading teams or programs, coaching and/or HR functions.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in leadership or adult education.
- International experience and/or experience with a multi-national company or organisation is an asset.
- Strong proven ability to handle big and diverse groups of participants who have managerial roles and groups of senior and experienced managers.
- Ability to establish a conducive environment in training and training related activities.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skill.
- Very good computer and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset.
