- Review all the resumes applied by job candidates and update the CVs database
- Manage the recruiting process and staffing logistics
- Train and provide support to HR team members
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- Update SOPs
- Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs
- Employee orientation, development and training
- Prepare and review/update job descriptions
