- Manages and/or supervises all HR related tasks: recruitment process, contracting policy, payroll, set-up and organizational chart, staff follow-up, disciplinary procedures.
- Follows-up with the managers on their HR needs.
- Co-manages the budget related to HR for the hospital.
- Ensures the compliance with all legal requirements of an employer in Jordan.
- Collaborates on staff development related tasks.
