- Support the development of Job Descriptions with hiring managers
- Ensure the transparent recruitment and contracting of staff as per local and global HR guidelines
- Maintain updated HR dossiers for each staff member
- Lead on the implementation and understanding of War Child’s Integrity Framework and principles in the Jordan office.
- Support managers to understand the implement the staff performance development cycle
- Advise the country management team on the learning and growth pathways for staff within the organization.
