The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for creating and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, dealing with the Labor Office & General Authority for Insurance, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, ensure that all HR-related functions are compliant with laws, regulations, and company standards. Additionally, will assist with managing employees' records, HR system upkeep, and resource planning.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resources or related field
.
Proven work experience in all HR Functions from 2 to 5 years
.
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
.
HR Diploma is a must
.
Very good up to Excellent English Level
.
