Qualifications: Year of Experience: 6 months 1 Year
Education Required: Bachelor s Degree with 60% aggregate marks 12th 60% and above 10th 60% and above

Role and Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
Assist in benefits administration including enrollment and resolving employee inquiries.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and performance management processes.
Assist with organizing company events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
Help with the preparation and distribution of HRrelated documents such as offer letters contracts and policies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Knowledge of Employment Laws:
A strong understanding of labor laws employment regulations and compliance requirements is essential. HR executives need to ensure that the companys policies and practices align with legal standards.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Expertise in recruitment processes including job posting candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding. This includes the ability to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
Employee Relations:
Skills in managing employee relations conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment. HR executives often play a crucial role in mediating disputes and ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Knowledge of compensation structures benefits administration and the ability to develop and implement competitive and fair compensation packages.
Training and Development:
Ability to assess training needs design and implement training programs and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Proficiency:
Familiarity with HRIS tools for managing employee data tracking performance and generating reports. Proficiency in using HR software for various HR functions.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively communicating HR policies procedures and changes to employees and management.
ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking:
HR executives should be adept at analyzing situations solving problems and making informed decisions especially in challenging or sensitive HR matters.
Ethical Conduct:
HR executives often handle confidential information and should uphold a high level of ethical conduct. Trustworthiness and integrity are critical in this role.
Adaptability:
The ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving HR trends is important. HR executives should stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the organizations HR strategy.
