Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager.

What will you do?

• Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the concept
• Co-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service
• Manage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest bills
• Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the General Manager
• Assist with financial forecasting (P&L, Sales, Budgets, etc.)
• Assist General Manager with overall restaurant operations
• Establish and build community relations
• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
  
• Help direct systems and processes for team efficiency
  

What are we looking for?

• A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
• Prior experience in fine dining concepts is a MUST
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to lead big groups of people
