Job Description

- Facilitate transparent and competitive recruitment and selection processes; screening of candidates, sharing resumes with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, filing applications and exams, organization of interview panels, and other administrative processes;
- Support in conducting onboarding and induction training of newly arrived personnel on HR related matters;
- Provide assistance on general HR queries and follow up actions, to ensure consistent and high-quality HR services are delivered to employees;
- Maintain confidential personnel records, HR databases and archives, to ensure data and files are accurately stored and updated;
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department in all HR functions including but not limited to the Performance Management, Training and Development and leaves management;
- Support the organization of visits by other employees abroad, including drafting itineraries, Accommodation, per diems;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct superviso
