Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. This is a remote flexible position that offers full autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization. As the Human Resource Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture supporting our team members and driving organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture promoting diversity and employee engagement.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders on HRrelated matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices including recruitment performance management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the personal development industry or a passion for personal growth and selfimprovement is a plus.
