Oversee and manage all facets of human resources including:
HR Policy & Procedure: Develop all HR policies and procedures in alignment with company regulations and ensure adherence to them.
Recruitment: Create the annual recruitment plan and oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring in collaboration with hiring departments.
Compensation & Benefits: Establish and monitor the implementation of salary structures compensation policies and benefits packages. Manage monthly payroll insurances and other employee benefits.
Training & Talent Development: Plan and facilitate training activities based on the specific needs of each hotel. Develop and execute the companys succession plan.
Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between the company and its employees by cultivating a supportive work environment enhancing staff satisfaction and engagement and resolving workplace conflicts.
Culture Development: Cultivate and strengthen organizational culture to ensure consistency across the group in line with the companys values.
Prepare monthly reports for the HR Director of the Group and the Board of Directors.
Develop the Human Resources departments budget.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director or Board of Directors.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong problemsolving leadership influencing persuading and interviewing skills.
Indepth knowledge of labor law and insurance law.
High integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
Familiarity with hotel procedures and regulations.
