• Establish and implement the HR Plan and practices that effectively communicate and support the company’s vision and strategy.
• Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each division regarding key organizational and management issues.
• Provide advisory and consultancy services on all aspects of employment law and practices to the Managing Partner and all company department heads, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and practices.
• Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures on a range of HR matters, including recruitment and selection, remuneration, health and well-being, working life balance
. • Oversee payroll and rewards.
