HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute all the HSE aspects including the client's ISO 45001 / 5 Star safety & health management system,
• The preparedness, revision, and control of the Project HSE Plan to be maintained and ensure responsibility to distribute the latest approved copy to the Project Manager and retain the superseded revisions,
• The ultimate responsibility for preparing and updating the HSE Plan, also for monitoring its implementation and effectiveness,
• Be responsible and accountable for the proper performance of field HSE officers under his authority,
• Be empowered in writing by his management to stop their own work and work related to the contract that they deem to be unsafe and take immediate corrective actions as needed,
• Advise the construction team on health, safety, and environmental matters, to monitor the health, safety, and environmental performance of the Company, appointed sub-contractors, and any affected parties,
