Job Description

- Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.
- Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
- Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up, testing, and implementation when appropriate.
- Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
- Delivers functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Builds know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
- Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make Configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos, and work with users providing training and testing support.
- Provides daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
