Job Description

Req ID : 2533131
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS management, data maintenance, and reporting.
  • Experience working with compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS software, such as Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in a similar role within a mid-size to large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and generate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to train and support end-users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Professional certification, such as a PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
