- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS management, data maintenance, and reporting.
- Experience working with compensation and benefits analysis.
- Experience with HRIS software, such as Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Experience in a similar role within a mid-size to large organization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and generate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to train and support end-users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Professional certification, such as a PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, can be beneficial.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
