BYD Electric Bus&Truck Hungary Kft. is expanding its business and the HR department is looking for a new employee to join the teamin Komrom Hungary location.

Responsibilities:

• Handling visa and other work permitrelatedapplication for foreign workers;
• Create necessary documentations and handle related administrations;
• Stay in close contact with the employees candidates related government offices and Headquarter;
  
• Issuing invitation letters;
  
• Follow up housing and rentals with related departments;
• Follow up legal changes and adapt into the process;
• Participations in other HR related projects and activities.

Requirements:

• ProficientChinese and Hungarian language knowledge is a must;
• Valid Hungarian Driving license;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook);
• Proactive independent work attitude;
• Open attitude with good communication skills and attention to details.

• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of relevant legal regulations are a big advantage but not essential;
• English language knowledge beside Chinese and Hungarianis an advantage.
