1. Understand the business status and team operation status, deeply understand and participate in business strategic planning, be able to support in terms of recruitment, talent acquisition.
2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have more than two modules of TA, ER or HR daily Operations, and be familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations;
3. Possess strong logical thinking ability, anti-stress ability, good coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, realistic optimism, and can adapt to the rapid development of the company.
4. Good English speaker and good communication skill，can be fast react on the request.
