Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Review and analyze resumes to shortlist candidates best suited for the job requirements
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Negotiate and finalize job offers in alignment with company policies and budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Adhere to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in career fairs networking events and other recruitment opportunities
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Support in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and support staff
