• Start the annual performance management cycle and facilitated with the all units' directors the evaluation methods and techniques, such as; supporting identification of Key Performance Indicators, handling performance reviews, calibration sessions, etc. to ensure employee performance is monitored/rewarded in a consistent manner, aligned with delivery of organizational objectives and analysis the result and prepare the Bell curve .
• Develops and implements strategic workforce planning initiatives and works with Learning and Recruitment colleagues
• Design and implementation of employee engagement approaches, analysis of output and feedback to company leaders to drive continuous improvement
• Taking an evidenced-based approach, design culture changes interventions in alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Monitor trends and data related to organization development using workforce analytics and qualitative data analysis, reporting insights to the HR Manager
• Fosters commitment, equity, diversity, and engagement based on an environment of trust, diagnosing underlying causes of inequalities, recommending and delivering organization development strategies to address identified trends or issues.
• Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and implement employee training and development programs to ensure the optimal utilization and development of all the company staff and ensuring proper allocation of resources; training budgets, venues, training courses, selected trainees.
• Recommends policies and procedures related to the Training / Development / Organizational Development activities.
• Supervises the identification of the competencies and development needs required for career development and career path in conjunction with the Managers and identifies or designs appropriate training and development programs.
• Lead & oversee the implementation of Organization Management related activities including: Update company organizational structure, revise job descriptions as per applied methodology, to ensure effective developed identification of responsibilities, objectives, requirements and competencies of the functions
