Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team. This position is integral to our success ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
As our HR Generalist youre at the heart of our people operations for our full time permanent employees. Youll be an integral part of the people team from Day 1.

As our HR Generalist you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on vacancies and open/advertise job descriptions on our ATS (team tailor)
- Perform screening interviews
- Manage employment contract setups and ensure compliance with legal requirements and record retention (e.g. right to work checks and potential visa sponsoring together with trusted immigration lawyers)
- Be the welcoming face of HIVED during onboarding providing a positive experience for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support a seamless onboarding process
Employee relations and administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records including staff files and HRIS data management
- Be first point of contact for employee queries regarding contracts leave programs and benefits
- Ensure accurate payroll processing together with finance team
- Handle HR administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Support HR employee cases including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Offboarding:
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees
- Conduct exit interviews
- Ensure offboarding process is handled immaculately
Miscellaneous:
- Help organise training & development initiatives
- Navigate and oversee HRIS and respective HR data management
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Administer and potentially enhance employee benefits
