1- Responsible for the employment file and all responsibilities that fall under it 2- Responsible for training in the company and all the responsibilities that fall under it 3- Applying the performance management system and following up the quarterly evaluation with the managers and conforming to the regulations 4- Coordination between employees, managers and the board of directors in the quarterly performance appraisal 5- Submitting a detailed report for each employee on the state of attendance and leaving on a monthly basis, and submitting the report to the General Manager 6- Calculating the influences and submitting the final sheet for approval by the general manager of the company 7- Follow up the implementation of regulations and policy with department managers 8- Daily working days 9- All insurance business of the company
