- Support loyal customers of ZenHR across all platforms
- Partner with our customers to effectively answer inquiries through various channels (Phone calls, Emails, Live Chat, Social Media, Zoom calls, and in-person).
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries within the agreed SLA’s.
- Train customers on how to use products effectively.
- Developing an understanding of a customer’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
- Diagnose software issues and engage with our product, QA, and engineering teams using established processes.
- Take ownership of technical issues and customers' problems from beginning to end.
- Improve our help center by preparing articles and videos that help our customers to navigate on the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and account owners, to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform and remove roadblocks.
- Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
- Review and test new features and solutions to ensure they are bug-free and meet customers’ needs and satisfactions.
- Actively and efficiently manage implementation of the recruitment solution software in a timely manner.
- Support customers through the implementation process to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
