We are looking for a HR Executive to join our clients dynamic team. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Human Resources and Payroll personnel and will be reporting to the Group HR Director and will be assisting her in the daytoday work.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Maltas leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Posting of Job Adverts.
- Screening of applications.
- Scheduling of interviews.
- Preparation of interview screening packs.
- Preparation of work permit applications for thirdcountry nationals and refugees and administering single permit renewals.
- Other HRrelated tasks.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in HR.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Maltese.
- A mature selfmotivated and meticulous individual with an eye for detail.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and must have good analytical skills.
- You must have good interpersonal skills and problemsolving.
EDUCATION
An HR Certification.
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.
