We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for hiring new candidates activities
related to office staff and their management maintain company& rsquo s work culture and
documentation of employees.

Responsibility Deliverables:
1. Hire new candidates as per company& rsquo s requirements by sourcing applications from
multiple channels and locations.
2. Maintain staff attendance and performance.
3. Maintain company& rsquo s ethic & work culture.
4. Maintain documentation of employees.
Experience:
1. Min. 0 & ndash 2 years& rsquo experience as an HR.
2. Preferred experience with civil architecture or construction company.
3. Have good contacts for sourcing candidates.
4. Well maintained LinkedIn profile.
Qualification Required:
& bull Any Graduation (BBA preferred).
& bull MBA in HR preferred.
Expected Joining: Immediate
Office Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM & ndash Regular & ndash Mon to Saturday
