Tasks

• Implementing HR strategies, practices and processes in accordance with de company policies;
• Managing staff wellness initiatives;
• Evaluating staffing needs;
• Employee satisfaction survey results analysis and action plan management;
• Support the performance evaluation process;
• Engaging with heads of department;- Onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Coordinating training needs;
• Preparation of documentation for meetings;
• Organization of workshops and other events;
• Travel and hotel reservations.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
• Solid experience in this role;
• Experience in an international environment;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Availability to travel (mandatory).
