Responsibilities
Performs coordination for benefits administration including change reporting liasioning and Collecting invoices from vendors/employees communicating benefits information to employees and answering basic queries on benefits to employees
Reviews tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training including but not limited to safety security awareness harassment prevention.
Maintain employee MIS and keeps it up to date
Handle records and documentation
Input and record data accurately into systems
Produce and maintain employee personnel files
Other duties as assigned
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Education
A post graduate/diploma in management from a good B school
Any certifications in HR would be preferred
Experience and other Requirements
This is a position to support night shift and will require to work in the night shift
