HR Administrator HR HRM Fulltime

Support HR team with routine duties meetings offer letters and HR system updates

Manage digital filing and organization

Handle Health & Safety and assist in recruitment

Act as a point of contact for employee assistance and benefits administration

Update organizational charts and manage leave on HR system

Assist with payroll and ensure GDPR compliance

Maintain internal HR records system

Arrange learnerships and external training

Bachelors degree in HRM or similar

Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage but not required)

Strong attention to detail

Fulltime availability

3000 gross monthly salary

25 holidays per year excluding bank holidays
