Job Title: Security Administrator

Location: Austin TX (HYBRID)

Job Description: As a Security Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will be responsible for conducting Supply Chain Risk assessments for thirdparty hosted applications creating annual checklists for compliance efforts (e.g. CJIS PCI TXRAMP) developing and maintaining management plans for risk patch access vulnerability etc. and creating dashboards as a communication tool for internal Cybersecurity Team and IT as well as external divisional awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Supply Chain Risk assessments for thirdparty hosted applications.
• Create and maintain annual checklists for compliance efforts (e.g. CJIS PCI TXRAMP).
• Develop and maintain management plans for risk patch access vulnerability etc.
• Create dashboards as a communication tool for internal Cybersecurity Team and IT and external divisional awareness.
• Develop and revise policies standards processes and guidelines.
• Manage risks related to Information Technology Information Security Privacy Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
• Conduct gap analysis and implement frameworks and standards such as NIST.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments against organizational security requirements.
• Write technical documentation for IT solutions including operational guides and compliance documentation.
• Perform data analysis and create reports using Excel PowerPoint and Power BI Desktop.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience developing and revising policies standards processes and guidelines.
• 5 years of experience managing risks related to Information Technology Information Security Privacy Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
• 5 years of experience conducting gap analysis and implementing frameworks and standards such as NIST.
• 5 years of experience conducting vendor risk assessments against organizational security requirements.
• 5 years of experience with computers networks firewalls switches encryption and authentication methods.
• 3 years of experience writing technical documentation for IT solutions.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and report creation using Excel PowerPoint and Power BI Desktop.
