Overview
The HR & Admin Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by managing the human resource and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. They are responsible for carrying out various HR activities and providing administrative support to enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- To arrange the casual manpower for Production.
- Interview coordination with complete the joining to exit formalities ( if any)
- Ensure to maintain required statutory compliance documents for plant
- Overview the general administration ( Security Housekeeping Courier etc)
- Vendor s Management
- Maintain the training record
- Maintain employee s / worker personal data base
- Grievance handling
- Assist for external audit certification
- Welfare facility for staff and worker
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of HR processes labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of payroll management and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in HR management or related field will be an added advantage.
- Proactive and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
