Your Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering clearly scoped deliverables on the agreed timeline.
Manage ongoing candidate relationship post offer until onboarding.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to meet the target.
Partnering with the business and act as an advisor creating synergy and drive a strong agility of decision making.
Provide exceptional candidate experience.
