Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide menu information and assist in making menu recommendations
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure their needs are met
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure efficient and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area
• Handle guest concerns and escalate as needed
• Assist in training new host/hostess staff
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a positive and proactive work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hostess or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
