Quattro Village is a new business in Amman, Jordan that operates in the commercial and sports sectors. The Village is working on multiple ambitious projects, including a commercial plaza with high-end tenants, indoor and outdoor Padel courts, a Summer Restaurant, and an Entertainment Area.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Amman. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospitality department, including customer service, staff training, and operations.
Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and hospitality operations
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Experience in staff training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
