As a Home Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and nurturing environment for our clients providing them with the support they need to maintain their daily routines and personal care while staying in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients ensuring their physical emotional and social needs are met.

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing grooming dressing and meal preparation.

Monitor and track medication schedules as well as other healthrelated tasks.

Keep accurate and detailed records of clients care and progress.

Foster a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.

Accompany clients on appointments errands and outings when needed.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families as well as other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in home care or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.

Must pass a background check and possess a valid drivers license.
