Manage, customize and promote holiday packages for B2C,B2B and Corporate Clients Research & Development of unique locations and products that attract customers and meet their travelling needs Cater to additional queries from clients i.e. changes in baggage allowance, seat allocation, flight changes, meals,etc.Provide best possible rates to clients and showcase a sense of urgency in closing their queries
Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Finance team
to ensure all data points are recorded and invoices are issued on time Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and
suppliers Provide excellent customer service to build a long-lasting
relationship with clients Keep up-to-date with product information at all times and suggest improvements based on feedback received by
customers.
