Are you an exceptional organiser, note-taker, and list-maker with a passion for allied health?


You will be the and quot;person-Friday and quot; that supports a team of dedicated Occupational Therapists to excel in their work by providing administrative and logistical support to maximise their time with clients.


You will facilitate the delivery of a high level of customer service and maintain health record systems and health information in accordance with accreditation standards and relevant legislation.


To succeed, you will be passionate about the allied health industry; we are open to applications from those with a background in sectors other than health, perhaps insurance claims, finance or travel, where detail and customer service are paramount.


For more experienced candidates with a strong understanding of the intricacies of the environment and, ideally, exposure to the NDIS, along with a commitment to outstanding service, a salary of up to $75,000 pa is available.


  • Proven ability in supporting people within a team environment as well as independently achieving results
  • Self-motivated in learning and the development of others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to observe Occupational Therapists working with clients, taking accurate notes, writing reports and documenting assessments for NDIS and use by other healthcare workers

Ideal but not essential;

  • Graduate Certificate in Digital Health
  • Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent
  • Membership (or eligible) with the HIMAA
  • Member of Records and Information Management Practitioners Alliance (RIMPA)
  • Information and Evidence in Health and Social Care Certificate

Our client is a mobile Occupational Therapy provider based in Kingston, just outside Hobart, with clients across Tasmania. They are open to full-time and part-time applicants, and there is some flexibility with working hours.


You and #x27;ll ideally be based in the Hobart area and must have access to a car as you and #x27;ll be working with OTs on the road at least 40% of the time.
