Job Summary: responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that optimizes the end-to-end value chain, ensuring efficient and effective operations aligned with the company's business objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including process standardization, inventory management, S&OP processes, and supplier coordination, while driving continuous improvement and innovation to enhance business growth, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and operational goals.

Focus on optimizing the entire value chain to enhance business growth and operational efficiency, including streamlining processes for orders, forecasts, launch preparation, artwork, and product transfers.

Standardize and harmonize supply chain processes across various plants and markets, including inventory monitoring, tender preparation, and product packaging standardization where feasible.

.

Manage and refine the S&OP processes, ensuring accurate and timely rolling forecasts for sales demand are integrated into the company’s management information systems.

.

Maintain effective coordination across the supply chain, ensuring direct communication and problem-solving mechanisms are in place for supply issues.

.

Develop, implement, and manage robust inventory management processes, focusing on minimizing stockouts, managing overstock situations, and overall inventory optimization across different markets.

.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide strategic support for the launch preparation phase, ensuring new products are introduced to the market on planned launch dates.

Oversee the coordination of artwork processes, ensuring adherence to corporate timelines and processes, and managing any potential delays.

Develop and manage processes for coordinating tender activities between markets and suppliers, ensuring consistent supply for tender commitments.

Oversee product transfer activities, including coordination with various stakeholders to avoid stockouts or delayed product launches.

Implement strategies for risk mitigation within the supply chain and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Leverage advanced technology and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible practices throughout the supply chain operations.

Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of professional growth, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Job Requirements

Education:

.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics, industrial engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

15 years of experience in related filed and not less than 5 years of experience in managerial position.
