Job Description
• Partner with the Director of Service Development & Delivery to understand business needs, drivers, and directions
• Build, manage and guide the successful execution and refinement of delivery practices
• Provide insights and guidance on scoping of efforts, impacts, collisions, and dependencies to reduce conflicts and ensure successful implementations
• Responsible and accountable for the overall project delivery practice: o Entire portfolio management o Budgets, timelines and cost and revenue impact o Customer satisfaction end-to-end, from requirement gathering to delivery o Enterprise consultation on complex business cases and project requirements
• Risk and mitigation plans
